50 Miles (more or less)

50 Miles (more or less) is a survey of the land use within a 50 mile radius of our home. My wife and I live in a fairly rural area so outside of immediate needs that can be met in town, everything is a road trip. This project is a document of those many trips to the multitude of small towns within our region. A festival, a museum, a quilt shop, a brewery, there are so many reason to get out and explore. Cows, crops, grain elevators, oilfields, refineries, farmhouses; all these and more exist in our corner of the world.
